It was an ok stay, not amazing but not awful. I wish I would've known that parking was shared with a apartment building and that there were a ton of apartments nearby. Yes, I know IC is a college town but it was a little discerning to get to our room and anyone could see into the room. We also tried to watch a NFL play-off game and the TV stations did not match the channel guide. We also could not watch the game or stream/sync our cell phones with the television.

Comfortable place. I've stayed here before and would stay here again when traveling. Parking is $15 for them to park your car. Parking on the street is free but make sure you don't park in a tow zone.

Room /bathroom very clean & modern. Bed /pillows very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. I’m sure it would have been excellent if I could have parked in the hotels lot, but checked in later so there was no more room. Parking was free in the garage down the block, but navigating that in the dark, by myself was stressful. Not from a big city, walking alone at night with my bags from the parking garage in the cold was not ideal.

It's great if you have university business but not an easy and quick overnight stop. The parking garage goes down 2 levels and must be the smoke break place and the cigarette smell lingers, comes up in the elevators, the out into the halls.

Unwelcome greeting

We had an ok stay. When we first pulled up and parked in front of the hotel, one of the employees behind the desk came out waving her hands at us because of where we parked. She was very rude, with her words and actions. It was unnecessary. She could have just nicely asked us to move her vehicle. Then when I came inside to check in, another employee was consoling her, as if she had been wronged. It was very immature and unprofessional. My husband couldn’t believe her behavior. With such a bad beginning, the rest of our stay seemed not great. The pool was cold and the water was murky. The pillows were terrible, as were the showers. The carpet in the hall had lots of stains. It just wasn’t a great stay, not what we were expecting.

We stayed on the 12th floor, it was spectacular….even though it is winter!!! The Windows that stretched across 2 wall lengths allowed us to watch the sunrise was breathtaking!! It did help that I was able to watch it without getting out of bed! Well done Hyatt!

Nice hotel

It is good minor things like Parking is paid (was unclear) and there were no mirrors outside the bathroom, caused time delays in folks getting ready. Breakfast was good, room are spacious.
