Staff was exceptional. Check in was smooth. Even though we went to the bistro late (9:35pm), they were happy to serve us. Nice room that was very clean. Great shower.
The beds in our rooms were on the floor we had to call about one bed only for the other bed to fall. We didn’t have any hot water Saturday morning nor did we have any knowledge of this til we called front desk. Kids playing hockey in the hallway and a very rude person next door cussing at us.
