We were there for about 20 minutes total and tried 2 different rooms. When we were taking bags into the first room a guy was peeing by his truck door. The rooms shower didn’t drain there was hair all in the tub with bugs in the floor. We tried a 2nd room that was not much cleaner, had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and smelled of weed. Thankfully Hotels.com called and had my reservation credited back to my account. It was a cheap and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but clean and functional is not too much to ask.

The first thing I noticed was your attention to being more eco-friendly and sustainable, which I really appreciated. No plastic coffee stirrers. No polystyrene (styrofoam) cups. My suggestions: add paper cups to bathroom instead of plastic wrapped in plastic, compostable plates rather than paper plates with very thin plastic film on top. Service was friendly. Room was clean! Loved the crisp bedsheets. Lots of nearby dining options.
