Very Nice Stop in Amarillo

Clean, newly styled hotel. Doesn't offer free breakfast, but their coffee is good. They don't offer streaming TV; that would be a nice feature to add.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, but the carpet needing vacuuming, the recliner was tattered and its springs were shot, and there were rips in the bed covering. The kitchen is not outfitted with any dishes, utensils or cooking supplies, completely defeating the convenience or functionality of a kitchen. I was not at all impressed.

Customers don't matter.

Our family had to delay our trip because of road closures due to extremely high winds. All roads for our family to make it from our home to Amarillo were closed by TDOT after we were already on our way. No sympathy or help was offered to help us transfer to a different date.

We reserved a room last minute due to a family emergency. Not only were we pleased with our last minute choice... this place was only 4 minutes away from the hospital, the room was spacious, clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The actual property was very well kept and what we paid was extremely reasonable. We have paid a heckof a lot more for hotels and didn't even get half the comfort, safety, and quality we did with this hotel. This will definitely be our go to hotel next time we are in Amarillo!

First time to stay at this property. Last minute stay passing through Amarillo. Very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort at this location. Checked in about 1am and the clerk was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

This was our 1st time staying in an My Place hotel. We were a little worried when we pulled into the parking lot. It wasn't well lit. The lobby was a little sketchy looking. The room was very clean. So was the bathroom. Both looked recently updated. We wish there had been coffee in the room to go with the coffee pot. A little noisy in the morning as all the crews staying at the hotel were leaving with doors shutting & cars leaving. We come to Amarillo every couple of months, so we will be back. (Will be bringing coffee 😊)
