Clean, can use extra toilet paper and towels in a 4 person room rather setting it up for a 3 person room. Staff were nice and made us feel at home. Would be nice having eggs and sausage for breakfast

Many water damages in the bathroom and sealing. Very noisy AC system. Maid were not nice. Hot tub not open and restaurant only serving breakfasts but noone tells you this before you get there. The bathroom was run down and dirty. The walls are yellow. Quite frankly I went to your establishment many times before you guys close for a few years. It used to be much better. I was disappointed and I don't think I will come back.

Great stay. I know it’s random room selection but it’s tough travelling for business and being put right beside the elevator. This is my 5/6 time staying at this location and would recommend it to anyone. Steve at the front desk is one of a kind and an employee that deserves a shoutout. His customer service went along way with me.

The pictures of the hotel and descriptions of this hotel are not accurate. -The hot tub doesn’t work and appears like it hasn’t been functioning in a long time. - the pictures taken of the pool must be from years ago as the fountains going into the pool clearly haven’t worked in years as there are stains on the pool sides. There are no longer pool umbrellas -the tvs are not smart tvs. You can only click the up and down channels on the tv. Terrible for young kids if you want to use the tv as it’s impossible to find anything this way. There are no movie channels. No one could help with how to work the tv. - limited towels, and had stains - there was either red paint or nail polish on the floor and furniture. The baseboards were falling off. - the really nice looking bar in the photos isn’t open. They only have breakfast. - very limited staff available. - hallways smell like urine. Turns out this hotel has been used to accommodate refugees and they are now just starting to renovate. I would strongly recommend people wait until this is renovated before booking a room here. This was extremely upsetting the whole experience as the photos on Expedia do not reflect the current look or services of the hotel. The hotel is very run down now.

Room was about a 7/10 cleanliness. The down fall with our room was could hear the elevator beeps and people talking like as if we were right in the hallway. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff which was one young man, which he was amazing! The food was not bad. The building needs more lights in the outside to make it feel more welcoming. The entrance could use some decor to help it feel more comfy and warm.
