we arrived late and had to ring the bell to get admitted to lobby and it took a while to get a response (not great for weary travellers) the long walk was not great, would be great to have more of a welcome especially at $350 for a less than 12 hour stay The pricing changed - when I researched the price was listed as @266 on Expedia and once I tried to book the price whent up, that was not cool at all the room was interesting, odd angles, the bathroom had a hospital/morgue feel and not aestetically pleasing and the grout in shower looked grungy/yellow. To top it off when I got in the room it was very dark hard to locate where to put the key to operate the lights, when I activated lights I pushed on door to close it and thought it was closed only to find out (after my shower) that the door had not closed and was open to the hallway- not cool, not secure (most hotel doors have an autoclose feature?) So overall it was not a good experience and I could not recommend it

A great place to stay in preparation for a long fl

We stayed overnight here on our way out of an extended stay in Europe. The hotel, the hotel service, and the hotel food were all excellent. The ease of getting from the hotel to the airport train station made it easy to spend a day on our way out enjoying Amsterdam. And the location made it as easy as could be to get up in the morning and get to our plane out of europe.

Excellent stay at the Amsterdam Airport hotel! The location is unbeatable for easy access to the airport. The food was delicious with great variety, and the service was outstanding. Like - close to airport, so great for an overnight stop over. We were in Amsterdam for 24 hours Didn't Like - we paid for a third person to stay in the room with us. Unfortunately the room was too small for the hide-a-bed, leaving no room for guests to move to use bathroom and/or to leave the room.

Great service and spacious room

The service was excellent and the room very spacious. Also the internet worked well which is important as it allowed me to be able to log into work. The walk there was a bit far - which is a small minus.
