Very nice spacious room, staff were very helpful and friendly - the breakfast was very nice, our Eurostar for the following morning was in the early hours in which we requested a breakfast to go box which was a delight. Hotel was clean and staff were excellent. We had a 3 night stay which would have been a lot better if the drainage system in our bathroom was better. The sink would take the most part of the day to drain. It was very annoying and frustrating. We did report this to front desk and they made 3 attempts to fix but not successful. They said maintenance was off for the weekend.A different room offered on the last day but to pack up all our belongings to move, time wouldnt allow. There was no compensation offered for our problem where I think there should have been as the rooms were priced fairly high. But other than that hotel was comfortable, cleanand staff were very friendly.

The staff were absolutely top class. Your evening restaurant was good but needs more choice especially desert menu. Brotish are always looking for a cooked breakfast. We were disappointed there was no bacon sausages tomatoes ect.

I was provided with an Amazing corner room with a semicircular view of the city .. to the left I could view the sunrise and to the right was the sunset. Breakfast is extremely poor though.

I had an issue with my room, and Mr. Lorenzo, the duty manager, handled it very professionally. He arranged for us to move to another room with a much better view, and on top of that, he kindly offered us access to the VIP breakfast lounge for the entire stay. His professionalism and excellent service made a great impression, and I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room was way too hot and we didn’t have control of the thermometer. We did complain but it didn’t get changed. No water dispensers in the gym. Breakfast was mediocre. Very little protein. Fire alarms went off 3 times in a row with no apologies or explanation.
