The hotel was beautiful, very peaceful and clean. It was nice to walk around and explore the hotel. Usman (night staff) was amazing, gave us a tour around the hotel and recommended the best spots for pictures. He was extremely helpful and went out his way to cater to any needs we had; overall a lovely man and a credit to the hotel as he made the stay better. Staff are very attentive and the manager left us a welcome note with some little treats in the room. The hotel is extremely relaxing and has amazing views, would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam was welcoming and uniquely modern. We loved the top floor bar for drinks and viewing the city. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning decor, we had a junoir suite with a view of the IJ and it was perfect. Also had a little welcome gift from the staff for our anniversary waiting for us in the room. The hotel was walking distance to tram and bus stops to get around all of the city. The hotel was quiet enough but also bustling enough in tbe bar at night time. Staff puldnt do enough for you. We will definitely be back!

The property gives a green, clean and peaceful vibe. Our room was spotless, the staff was kind and the breakfast options were healthy and provided a wide variety of foods and beverages. My room had view to the water, where you could see cruises from the room, gave it a nice touch. Good location, bus stop that takes you to the train station is right around the corner. There is a cool skatepark and nice little park next to the property, where I walked everyday and watched the sunset. The AC is weird, does not work well in the summer. I was hot in the afternoon. The YouTube app on the tv was malfunctioning as well.

The Hotel Jakarta is the perfect escape from the city, yet still close to the main attractions and the Central Station. From day one, we felt welcomed, and the staff were all friendly and kind. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the wellness center, and had a couple of drinks at their Cafe/Bar. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which offered a variety of options and was perfect for starting the day before heading to museums or tours.

The Hotel Jakarta is a wonderful destination in Amsterdam. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a spacious and architecturally impressive interior, and a unique jungle landscape within the open atria, beginning on the first floor and extending to upper floors. The restaurant is outstanding, and far superior to most 4 or 5 star hotels in which I've stayed, with an interesting menu and high quality meals across the board. The rooms are elegant, modern, and although not huge, include all the amenities you need, including a flat screen tv that emerges from the baseboard of the bed, in some rooms!). The views from the hotel rooms to the adjacent waterways on both sides of the hotel are stunning, and a real bonus. Oh, let me add that the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and well-trained (and plentiful). The location of the hotel is also quite good, on a quiet island near downtown, but easily accessible by the #24 tram (or by Uber/taxi). Please check out the bar and lounge on the highest floor, even if it's just to marvel at the great views and the imaginative architectural style - great place to relax and unwind! Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and you'll enjoy every moment at the Hotel Jakarta!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. Beautiful, clean, and the staff is fantastic. We struggled a bit with how warm it was during a recent heatwave, but they provided a fan which made all the difference. Great stay
