Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room though small had a comfy bed, was super clean and had a nice modern bathroom. Air con was a bit suspect but there was a helpful electric heater which kept the room nice and warm. Altogether excellent value.

I would like to commend the service we received, upon check in and check out everything went smoothly. We arrived early on the day of check in and requested our bags to be stored , instead we were told that we could check in to our rooms instead! Also on the day of check out the team made it easy for us to store our luggage whilst we explored Amsterdam. Upon leaving the same member of staff who had checked us in was present, he asked us about our little holiday and provided us with a coffee and little treat for our journey back to the UK. As for the rooms, mine was on the smaller side but that’s expected, however it was cozy for sure. Location is very convenient, the tram cost ca. €1.7 from central station and it’s more less door to door. All in all for the price , I would definitely recommend for a short weekend stay.

Best sleep I’ve had in years! Perfectly located next to local transport for links into the centre, but tbh I walked in most days, love navigating the canals and getting lost :) The staff are professional and very friendly.

The room was very clean & comfortable. Beds were especially nice, comfortable with a warm, light duvet. The decor was updated & tasteful. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe. Great selection from bacon & eggs, pastries, sliced meats, coffee/tea to muesli & yogurt. The staff were very warm & helpful & the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!
