We had a Wonderful stay at Ibis Amsterdam Centre. Great location -- city center, next to the Train Station, where we arrived via train from the Airport. After our stay in Amsterdam, we took a train to Brussels. We enjoyed our clean room and bathroom, and comfortable bed. And the breakfast was Super with a nice variety of all things -- breakfast! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the door. Great stay, again! We look forward to returning.

It was a really disappointing stay. This is a pure hostel in all forms which is being marketed as a hotel. There are no hotel like facilities. Not even a 24 hour reception. We opted for a twin bed room and there was hardly any space to walk where the bed were placed which was right where the door is. The bathroom was tiny as well. The 2 stars that I have given are basically for the staff since they were extremely helpful.

Really conveniently located by central station and most of the staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too expensive though and our room had a smell of drains in bathroom. Other than this it was great.

We rented a small room with 3 single beds the night before our international flight so that we could be close to the Amsterdam Central station. Our room was cozy, very clean and pleasant. Three single beds side by side, room for our luggage and a little closet with a luggage rack and folding chair were available. Wi-fi was included and breakfast could be purchased. the shower and bathroom were small but squeaky clean. it was just right.

The staff was wonderful. However, the property was dirty. The A/C didn’t work in the room, the walls were dirty, the bathroom looked like it needed to be throughly cleaned and the bedding looked old.

Check in took 40 minutes, people are just standing in the lobby waiting. If you want to leave your luggage at the hotel for a short 1 hour, they refer you to the locker that you have to pay 3 euro for an hour. Over all it’s okay, very convenient location. Cleanness is okay but room is very small.
