I was there on a business trip for 6 days. The check-in process was slow. There were two people working the check-in desk, but either seemed to know what was going on. They were helping each other and then a third person came to assist. When I entered my room, I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working. I went to the front desk and notified them and asked if it could be repaired. The next day, I asked again about the air conditioner, and they provided me with a fan. I asked if I could switch rooms because the heat was unbearable and was told no. There was no follow up or customer service from the hotel. The rooms are tiny, the towels are thin and housekeeping skipped cleaning my room all together one day, and the other times did not replace the toilet paper or paper cups. When I checked out at the end of the week, I told them about my experience and they were very apologetic and said they would have changed my room or upgraded me, but sadly, the customer service was very lacking. I would not return to this hotel.
