Staff is nice, hotel is run down (stained mattresses, bathroom sink and shower doors missing parts.) It’s cheaply priced for a reason. Location is excellent-close to public transit stations, lots of shops and restaurants close) Front desk staff is courteous and helpful.

Disappointed!

Good location, and one reception lady was particularly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, on the other hand, was very poor - stains on mattress, bedbugs (which reception lady responded to immediately) ripped and threadbare towels, and floor rarely hoovered. For a twin room costing over £200/night this was very poor value for money.

Great location with so much to walk to nearby. No AC in the room and it is in a busy area so it was loud on the weekend. Room was small and very expensive but I was told it was because there was a big event at the expo center nearby. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Looking out the window unfortunately other guests had thrown a bunch of trash on the ledge below the window which would be nice if it could be cleaned up but it looks like it would ve hard to get to. Overall I'd recommend it.

Good stay in Amsterdam

Good hotel for a couple of days. Location is great, walking distance to most attractions. Rossini the front desk attendant at our check in was extremely nice and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome.

Long weekend in Amsterdam

Comfortable, good location, close to several transport options. Walking distance from many attractions and landmarks. Some noise from the streets below can be disturbing for light sleepers. Cleanliness and comfort were OK - fine for 3 nights to just sleep and be out and about during the day. Free coffee/drinks machine.

The location was excellent and the room was quiet. The bathroom and show was updated and modern. The beds were comfortable. The room and hallways could use updating but the value was there for what I consider a medium priced stay. I would stay there again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay wasn’t as great. The rooms were extremely small, the bed was very uncomfortable and you could hear every noise from the room next door.
