This hotel is in the middle of a residential/industrial area that has limited nearby dining and amenities. It is "contactless," meaning that there is not really a front desk or staff available. It is self-serve but comes across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Perhaps this is what some travelers prefer, but not us. I heard others (including some younger folks) complaining as well. It was hard to get questions answered or recommendations. Things were intended to be self-explanatory and modern, but instead it seemed cold and impersonal. Not a welcoming introduction to our Netherlands vacation. We did have a great experience with one staff member who was very helpful on our last evening there.

A great hotel close to the metro which gave good access to the centre of Amsterdam! Buying a four day pass for metro and tram was very useful and convenient. We would stay there again.

Great stay for me and my family, hotel check in was quick and easy with very helpful staff, rooms were stunning great amenities. Transport was just across the road and you can get wherever you need in the metro trains run every couple of minutes. I would stay here again.

The hotel is right beside the train station and even at 10th floor, trains can be really noisy. Trains come every few minutes and quite noticeable especially at night and early morning. We checked in and the room was supposedly cleaned but had puddles of water in the bathroom with hair in it. Additionally, the towels both had brown stains and the glass coffee cup also had a hair inside it. The ceiling is exposed concrete style with lot of moldy residue when you look up. The cleanliness was a very bad experience. The “automated” checkin experience was very confusing and had some difficulties which wasted our time and required staff to help anwyays. The location however is very convenient for travelling into the city centre at 5min walk from the station. The staff held our luggage on the day we checked out which was nice.
