There was no heat in our room! The staff ignored our repeated requests to get heat. The pictures of the room online were exaggerated in terms of space and furnishings. No water in the gym. One of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at in over 20 years of travel in Europe. Way overpriced, too. But the freezing room was the worst.

Great location, room was more spacious than we thought, staff was really friendly and helpful. Fantastic 24/7 gym if you like to workout. Would absolutely book again.
