At first I thought the size of the hotel was kind of smaller as compared with the hotels I stayed in before but it was not the size that matters. The comfort and relaxation I felt for the 5 nights I stayed in my room was some of the best sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. I loved my room, the bed was comfortable, the whole hotel was very clean, the staff in the front desk are very nice and friendly and I can’t forget that morning when my mom was having a hard time to climb the front stairs and the manager came out to assist her! That’s the kind of service you won’t feel everywhere. The experience was just extraordinary. Excellent service, thank you very much.

Park Plaza Vondelpark is a Boutique Hotel in a quiet, tree-lined, location to the west of Amsterdam centre and very close to Vondelpark. It is an easy walk to the No 2 tram line which connects the hotel to the Museum Quarter and the Central Station. It's an ideal location if you are looking for peace and quiet yet close to the hurley burley of Amsterdam centre. Our room was a good-sized twin and all the staff were really helpful. Breakfasts were pretty good, buffet style, with a selection of hot ham and eggs, and excellent cold meats, cheeses cereals and pastries etc. However, dinners in the Tozi restaurant were really excellent. Everything was freshly prepared and the menu was super. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent hotel.

We chose the Park Plaza Vondelpark because of its walkability to everything, but also a bit quieter than staying in the canal district. The hotel is really darling. The rooms are cleverly designed with the bathroom being a lightbox. The staff is lovely and kind. Definitely recommend!

The hotel had an excellent location—just 2 to 5 minutes from tram stops, less than a 20-minute walk to the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum areas, and only a 5-minute walk to Vondelpark. It was very quiet, clean, and conveniently situated, with outstanding service throughout our stay.
