This is one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed at in Amsterdam. The staff are exceedingly friendly, the rooms are well designed and have everything a north america traveller would expect. As a bonus, they gave me chocolate and soft drinks as a welcome bonus, and all the free coffee I could drink. Very close to the tran and metro. Short walk to the museums and other attractions. Very fair price, especially considering the rooms and staff.

The hotel was a small but comfy one, and it was close to the tram station and main tourist attractions at Museumplein. The staff was nice, and there was a lovely hotel cat called Bella. Free drinks and waffles were provided. Really enjoyed my stay with my friend here.

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Very small room but I think that’s normal for Amsterdam. Enjoyed our stay and would boom again. Close to a local market, museums and transport. Easy to get a bus to/from airport for about 8 Euro. Free tea and coffee after 12.

Great location just south of the museums. Tram station within one minute walking-short journey to the central part of city. Easy to walk to the museums (Van Gogh, Stedelijk and Rijksmuseum). Also great restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. Indoor swimming pool by the Rijksmuseum-Zuiderbad-within walking distance through quiet residential neighborhood for those needing/wanting their daily exercise. The best part of the hotel is the staff-friendly and great service! Will stay here again.

Everything was great! The staff are very friendly, specially Flavio! It is not in the center, but it is well served by tram and bus. There are a lot of restaurants and the region is calm and very safe.

This was our second time staying here. We love the hotel, it’s got great facilities, a great location, right near a tram and the staff are incredible. All staff are friendly and happy to help, nothing is ever too much. The hotel room and bathroom is a fair size compared to other hotels and it has a lift unlike other hotels. On this stay the room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked and the toilet seat was cracked but we would stay again.

Great location & amazing staff

Located in a quiet neighbourhood but great access to trams, shops and food. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Flávio! Rooms are basic but comfortable, facilities are limited but the free tea/coffee/water was a great bonus. We would defo stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to major museums, transit, restaurants, and grocery store. We took the #397 bus from the airport, which dropped us off a short walk from the hotel (fast, easy and cost-effective). City centre was about 30 mins via tram. Staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, and gave advice on restaurants and transit. Room was cozy, very clean and well air-conditioned (Amsterdam was very warm when we visited). The fridge was also stocked with goodies for us to enjoy free of charge - a pleasant surprise. We were treated very well and we enjoyed our stay. We would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel!

Convenient location near several tram lines. Friendly staff, spatious room, and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the room had no windows, and was very hot. The AC worked well but was very noisy. They supplied earplugs, but it was hard to sleep. Also the shower was blocked the whole stay and was really smelly.

Comfortable Boutique Hotel near Museums

Pleasant stay. Very convenient for the museums and a 20 minute walk into the Old Town, Dam Square, the Palace, etc. Some good bars and eateries within a short walk. Supermarket 5mins walk away. Room comfortable, bathroom small but functional. Some complimentary drinks in the room. Unfortunately the coffee pods were not replenished during our three night stay. Breakfast (Continental) was available, €2 discount if you book the day before. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful with some recommendations. Our room was available early. Bags can be left safely after checkout (11am) in the reception area.
