There was a massive stain on the carpet floor and when i lost my passport and money on public transport the only advice i was given was to wait at the bus stop and no assistance on how to contact the police to make a report.

Finding a hotel with parking in Amsterdam is by far the biggest challenge... finding one that has an attached garage with big parking spots is on a whole other level and deserves 5 stars for that, alone! Would recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and there was an amazing breakfast. We leveraged the knowledge of the staff to navigate the trains to get to our bus for the Kukenof Tulip festival trip. The rooms were awesome. The beds were also very comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, decent size (one of the 2 rooms was a little smaller). Handy for the tram outside hotel about 15 minutes to central Amsterdam. No bar in hotel and the vending machines are overpriced. Quite a walk from main Sloterdijk station too. Staff were fine and put our bags away securely with tags. I think it's good value for money and very easy to get to the western areas of Central Amsterdam - a little trickier to navigate to otherside (Dam etc)

Great location

Great base and really handy for the centre. Number 19 tram stop right outside the hotel that runs every 12 minutes. Best route was from the hotel to Fredricksplien then the number 4 to central station via Rembrandt square. Obviously then the same on the way home. Would definitely stay again

It was a good place to stay. The check-in and check-out was so smooth. The room was clean, however a ripped off curtain was disappointing. It was only a bus journey to central. All in all it was a convenient place to stay given its price.
