Room was in OK condition. Mostly clean. Definitely had an outdated feel. The shower was excellent, nice high showerhead with great pressure. Now the reason I’m only giving it a three star rating. Grace, the night manager was very friendly and accommodating. I let her know that my wife and I had an infant we were traveling with and we did not have a flight leaving until later the next day so we had asked if it would be OK if we just checked out at noon instead of 11. She said that was no problem and she said she would leave a note and literally started to write a note. We thanked her and went on our way. The next day at 11:20 a lady from the front desk was knocking on our door asking us to check out. I explained to her that Grace had said we were OK till noon, but she said that there was no note anywhere so we could either pay an extra $30 literally to stay there for an extra half hour at that point until noon or we needed to check out. Most hotels do not even make you check out until noon. I will never go back to this hotel. I understand having policies and that is why I asked in advance if it was OK to stay till noon so that we could spend less time in the airport with an infant. It’s pretty simple, simply do what you say you’re going to do. The lady that came to our door had the opportunity to simply say that it was OK to stay till noon. However, she did not. She just kept repeating that there was no note left for her.

The staff was great, the room was clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The only reason it didn’t get an excellent was because there is no sound proofing. You can hear conversations in the next rooms and out in the hallway.

Great location for both downtown and the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is really appreciated. The room was spotless, perhaps a little tired but very comfortable. The staff were great! Special mention for Aiden on the front desk, and the lady who does the breakfast, sorry I didn’t catch her name. Would recommend.

Really appreciated the shuttle both on arrival from airport and following morning to the train station. Rooms were nice, and breakfast adequate, especially with an early morning departure. Staff very helpful with our groups various arrival times from airport and then check ins.
