Had to ask twice within a couple of hours to get an extra 2 coffee mugs & 2 extra towels for all 4 guests staying. They only provided enough for 2 guests. Otherwise, the service was really good & comfortable. The Bell Boys did an excellent job! Top work guys! 🙌

Not worth the high price, poor housekeeping

2 stars at best. At $500 CAD per night , the price to value ratio is outrageous. The only positives is the location which is extremely central and convenient and beautiful views of the water and coal harbour. Where to begin.. upon checking in you could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned , the desk chair was dirty , had peanuts, make up stains and dust on it. We had to call to get a new desk chair which took 30 min to be brought up. The same evening when showering, I discovered that the shampoo and body wash was completely empty ! So I called reception to inform them and that I was literally standing in the shower and that housekeeping had not filled it from the previous guest , it took them 45 min to bring it up!! On the second day when we came back to the room there was a dirty housekeeping glove left from the cleaner! A series of unfortunate housekeeping events, something you would NOT expect in a 5 star hotel! Even in 2/3 star hotels I have stayed in , this has never happened! When we informed reception, they were kind and offered a breakfast voucher which I appreciated, but still felt ridiculous to deal with these things. The coal harbour bar was also nothing close to 5 star, service was slow and the couches were dirty. Meals were bland and super basic. Shower pressure is very low, can barely wash your hair properly. To top it off once we were checking out, our Uber driver couldn’t even pick us up in front of the hotel without being threatened by a ticket. No thanks
