Room was absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping staff was so kind and pleasant! JC at the restaurant was so attentive and kind. Front staff were friendly and efficient. Was unfortunate that they were down 1/2 the elevators. That was my only negative experience. The hotel did let us know in writing

The view from the room was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was only ok. 2 elevators were broken. Check in and check out was an extremely lengthy process. Counter staff were not particularly friendly, but they were not impolite. Car valet staff was very friendly.

Pleasant & Enjoyable stay at this premium hotel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious and clean rooms. The lifts were very busy mid morning and were struggling to cope with demand.

Fantastic views, the rest was not pleasant. Very long wait times for elevators as half the elevators were out. I was not aware this was the go to place for pre boarding cruises. Extremely busy area. Staff were pleasant but the condition was old and flies were quite visible in the only restaurant on site.

The elevators to hotel rooms were not operating for long periods. The ice machine on 17th floor needs maintenance and repair. It was not functioning at all. Staff were very good in service delivery including bell hops and valets.
