The host was nice a friendly, we got our room automatically upgraded to a larger one which was available. The decoration is cozy and maximalist. The room's lighting was not great, which the host mentioned, but sufficient. The host was also very accommodating with allowing luggage storage later into the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty, included fresh berries with yogurt.

An incredible and inviting location to visit campus and explore Ann Arbor. We had a large room with a private balcony. It was very quiet and comfortable. The common area is spacious with nibbles at all hours and the breakfast was delicious and vegetarian friendly!

Kind of a quirky house, but comfy and very convenient to U of Michigan, with easy parking and lots of restaurants and services nearby. Shannon, the host, was very friendly and accommodating.

Feels like home! The loft is excellent, just be prepared to take your stuff through the spiral stairs. Affordable comparing with hotels in Ann Arbor. Owner and housekeeper are super nice!

Posting was misleading that this was the inn keepers house, and common areas like the living room and hallway were super cluttered and dated. Room was not clean. Filled with gnats. House was stuck in 1960.

I stayed in the b & b 5 years ago. Really love it. Owner Pat is such a caring lady. She counts guests as Personal friends. Bonus sweet snacks inside the rooms, so sweet after a long day. Pat cooked breakfast for us in person. You feel this b& b home. The room has all the premium subscriptions- Netflix, hbomax, Disney etc.

Quirky, cozy property adjacent to UMich

This quirky, cozy B&B, practically right on the University of Michigan central campus, will make you feel like you're staying with family. The bathroom could use an upgrade, but would you tell your grandma to gut rehab her bathroom? (No.) We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoyed all the free snacks, drinks, and breakfast. A huge perk is they let you park your car there all day after check-out if you have activities on campus.
