Nice room/hotel, no breakfast/rude kitchen staff

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice and clean, lobby nice, and the guy at the front desk was pleasant when I arrived. One thing I didn’t like which will probably keep me from booking again in the breakfast and the service at breakfast. One of the main reasons I chose this location was due to them offering free breakfast. Breakfast was over at 10am I got down there at 920am and there was absolutely no food left except toast. Cereal, fruit, muffins, sausage, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, all empty!! The kitchen staff was rude, mumbling under her breath, slamming cabinets, slamming lids and the dishes in the back kitchen which was loud for everyone to hear, definitely made the guests waiting feel uncomfortable. Definitely turn my morning upside down and I had to then check out and pay for breakfast at a restaurant which I wanted to avoid.

The hotel was very clean. Looked like a very knew or remodeled hotel. Also quiet for the most part, heater made a constant noise all night but nothing that would keep you up, background noise!

Heed the reviews that say no hot water!!!

Beds were comfortable, but water was warm and the tub didn’t drain. So our family of 4 had no hot water, and had to stand in the dirty water left in the tub.

The room was very clean and comfortable! One disappointment was our room was over the pool! We could hear everything which lasted pretty late! But overall the hotel was good !
