I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone at the Concorde De Luxe for making our trip truly memorable. We all had an amazing time from start to finish. I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out. A special mention goes to Fatima, Gökhan, Sami, Mimet, Matt and Saadettin for their exceptional service. The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.

I stayed in the resort in December 26th to the 31st and here is my honest review: Room - could be cleaner, the walls in the bathroom facing the toilet was not the cleanest. However the cleaners attitude was very nice the lady that cleaned the rooms was very nice. Food- by far the best I have had- and I have been to a lot of places including Titanic, limak Lara, Adalya etc. I do go to Antalya sometime twice a year for a break. Spa - now this is where the disappointment kicks in - I was dressed in a burkini, and where this was generally not a problem however another customer had a problem with this and I was told to leave the spa by spa staff. When I complained about this to customer relations they where outstanding in there response, Tulay, the customer relations manager made me feel validated and did everything she could to rectify the mistake to the point that the Spa manager met me and apologised on behalf of the staff at the spa. In all honesty I would have ticked off this resort from my list of never to visit again, but due to the way Tulay and the Senior managers dealt with my complaint I think I may give another chance and also because the food was excellent.

The room was amazing and cleaned daily. The heated pool was great. The staff were friendly. The hotel is definitely worth the extra for the quality for food and drinks is better than most of the other hotels we have stayed in a few. The hotel runs daily activities for all ages. We are coming back in April

We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good. Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled. Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience.

We had a great time. Excellent facilities. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. All inclusive dining was just too good. We enjoyed all the three meals, everyday. Lots of variety and very delicious. The highlight of our experience was the dining. Beach and pools were very well maintained, very clean and neat. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
