The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom however was covered in mold. Allll over the floor, & on all the walls, including the picture in the bathroom. The toilet was constantly flowing & the tv wasn’t working the majority of our 3 night stay. The courtyard was beautiful, and is in a great central location, although quite loud on the weekends.

The property is in a prime location / walking distance from shops, banks, sites. The hotel also has a unique vibe to it with a garden that sits in between all of the rooms. Definitely would recommend.

Terrible room, lousy bathroom down 2 flights of stairs. Who can do that at night ?. Steep stairs at that ! Most rooms dont have windows, only transoms over the door. Avoid this damp dark hotel.

Breakfast is at Los Arcos a block away and not included. It was not good, didn’t even have tortillas. Beds were like sleeping on cement. My back got so screwed up I could barely stand in the morning. The shower was clogged and almost flooded. Staff would not help with reservations. Bloodstains in my sheet. Between the blaring music at all hours and buffet breakfasts underneath our window at 7 am, I got four hours of sleep every night for five nights. We were in room 2. Could hear all the neighbors conversations through paper thin walls. Location and courtyard were the positives. Rooftop is an afterthought , missing seat cushions. Do not recommend at that price.

The staff was great, the location is beautiful and accesible to many restaurants. I’d come back here if I needed to return. Only complaint is the hot water, you get 5 min. Max to do what you need to do before the cold gets you.
