Front desk service was not good. I called from the road to ask where we needed to park and was left for 13 minutes while I could hear talking at the front desk. We had to drive all around the property and finally ask security where the best place to park was. The room was new and clean but not the balcony we paid for. The shower DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER! Blowdryer did not work. We asked for a refill of water and coffee for the next day and they never came. The Rock Spa is great but don't waste your money on the hotel.

Our room in the east tower was absolutely beautiful. 5 ⭐️. Dinner at the Rez was very good and the service excellent. We stayed overnight for a concert. We loved the more intimate nature of the venue. The downsides were we had to wait almost 2hrs for our room to be ready and the smoke from the casino is overpowering

Everything was fine but hotel is basically for players, no other entertainment and sloth machines are no exactly what they used to be either.
