Empire State Trail is right there!

Room was clean and comfortable, with microwave and fridge. The best part about the room is the fact that the Empire State Trail is right next to the hotel. Like, it's right there, you don't need to go find it, just walk out your motel door and hop on your bike! Breakfast was meh, but there's plenty around the area for food.

Third time staying. Service and cleanliness is always top tier. Only complaint this time is that room is listed as non smoking but smells slightly like stale smoke. Other than that everything is great

I usually stay here for one night when I am in the city. Staff are welcoming. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Not a biggie or a complaint. But there is a couch in Room 46. Looks nasty. And takes up space. It will make the room look much better if it is removed in my opinion.

For a motel-like property it was well done. The room in particular was very clean and spacious. The only issue was the TV remote didn't seem to work properly. For the owners...it was Room 24. If I brought the issue to the front desk, I would venture to say they would have resolved it. Just too tired to deal with it at that moment.

Fantastic Stay

If you want a reasonably affordable trip just north of New York City on the Hudson, it's proximity to multiple historic villages & points along Hudson, it was ideal. Theres a costco & Stew Leonard's a few mins away & the rooms, while small are tidy, clean & comfy. Not best place if you are with a noisemaking crew. Otherwise cant beat this place.
