Compare Hotels with Parking in Ashland

Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. Before calling the property, we push the button to ring for an employee for the front desk several time to no avail. Definitely not staying here again.

Visited with our grandson. Room was adequate but dated, cracked tile in bathroom and sink was slow to drain. Pool was very crowded, not sure what solution would be except try not going on the weekend if you want to enjoy the pool. Checkin staff very friendly.

There was an odor when you walk in the door to the lobby, like bad deodorizer. The bed sits on a steel frame that you constantly hit with your feet. No chair in the room to sit on, only bed. The hotel needs serious updating

Good price and clean and comfortable stay in Wooster. I will stay stay again.

The walls in the hall ways had paint chipped off. The shower would clog up while showering, will never stay here again.
