This place was horrible! Beyond dirty, I could not stay here and when I called to cancel, which was several times, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. Only stay if here if your other choice is to live in your car, and the car still might be a better choice. You can smell the bacteria and you can see the grime. It's bad.

Every thing was fine

The breakfast was excellent, the food and drinks at the restaurant were really good as well. Our bathroom wasnt the cleanest but the room overall was well-kept.

Close to airport (7-minute drive). Friendly staff… clean room. Warm breakfast included. Bob Evan’s located across the street. Will definitely stay again when flying into/out of Cleveland airport!

Elevators were all out of order and check-in system was down. Had to leave card details at desk to get my room.
