The original room was extremely cold and would not warm up. The heat should not have been turned off before we got there. The front desk clerk let us switch to a heated room but it was a big inconveniece. The towels were dirty and the pool was in bad shape. There is no elevator and no comfortable lobby to hang out in. I would not stay there again

The place is slightly outdated but very clean and well-maintained. The sauna needs some love and cleaning. The pool is clean and warm. Rooms are clean. Generally satisfied with the money we spent. The staff are friendly, and the food is good at the restaurant.

The pool was warm. Sauna was awesome. However rooms were surface clean but we found items in drawers and old food/silverware by the bed. No coffee maker in room.

The hotel is AWFUL. Yes, it's cheaper than EVERYTHING else in the area and it's for a real reason. It's terrible. From the filthy lobby to the water stained bathrooms.
