We’ve stayed here once before and returned because the room was spacious and clean. However, this visit the smell of marijuana was strong in the hallways and elevator and we could even smell this in our room. I let the attendant know and she did attempt to find the source. It was better for that evening but the next morning the smell was strong again.

Clean room, good bed, Great breakfast, EV charger

The room was clean. The bed was firm, which is what I like, so I was happy. The breakfast was great. (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, waffles, muffins and such). We chose this hotel because it listed an EV charger in its amenities. The charger is in back by the pool. Two level 2 J1772 cords. One cord was not working, but I was able to top up overnight with the good cord. Nice perk. We have an annual event in Atlanta and this hotel will be our first choice next year.

Quiet surrounding area, close to restaurants and shopping, excellent walking trail next to the river, I feel safe here. The room is better insulated than most so I don’t hear neighbors too much. Everyone here is courteous and friendly.

How this place has an average 4 review, is a joke.i tried 3 rooms and all stunk of urine, smoke etc.. It's clear there are side businesses being run out of it. Windows don't lock properly and offer zero safely from the multiple local residents visiting the hotel. I left after 1 hours as my family and I couldn't stand the poor conditions. Best Western needs to make some significant changes to obtain a credible name here.

There was a gap when the door closed to the outside so any animal or insects could enter. The heat did not work properly so the room was cold. A guest had their car blasting music at 10:30pm outside the door of our room. The room smelled from smoke and people outside were smoking, so it's possible that because of the poor seal of the door the fumes entered our room and I am very allergic to smoke.

Nice rooms.

Clean room, comfy bed. However we were woken during the night with a female being loud in the halls. She quickly disappeared into her room. Then at 5am a male was in the hall yelling and banging. Apparently there was an argument and he was locked out. This went on for over 30 minutes. Wish management had intervened, but you can't control people.
