Unfortunately, the room stank of marijuana. The check-in experience was fine, but some of the other Desk personnel really didn’t seem like they wanted to help with any of the questions or request that they are my family had. That part was disappointing.

Dirty facility. Room had moldy smell. Bathroom had rust in shower on wall. Toliet seat wasn’t secure. Shower had paint peeling from tub. Dirty floors carpet smelled of mold. Elevator shook tremendously. It stopped before floor.

The room was dated with peeling paint and bad tiles in the bathroom. No room service ever came. And there was no note that they only come so often.

The room looks nothing like it’s pictured. Rooms are outdated. There were stains on the carpet when I walked in the couch was undone. The TV was dirty with handprints. And they had unscrewed the door to the refrigerator and broken off a portion of the wood. There was also a faint odor to the room. I’m not sure how it previously got an 8.2 rating. But the cherry on top was when the emergency alarm went off at 3 AM and the whole building had to be evacuated.

Let's get this straight there is no breakfast at Doubletree unless you pay $22 for it extra or something like that so did I enjoy the breakfast no I paid for it but was told it wasn't for me I was also woke up in the morning at 3:30 in the morning and told to vacate the premises because they didn't know why they still don't know why I guess everybody in the hotel had to come down and stand in the lobby for no reason for about an hour that's all I really care to share this point because it was so horrible after that too we're talking OSHA violations we're talking employees that don't know where they're at much less know what they're supposed to do in an emergency handicapped people left in the lurch other than that the state was fine
