The shuttle pickup from the airport took over one hour from the time we called the hotel at 9:30 pm. We waited in extremely cold weather. The shuttle driver was very unfriendly and drove at reckless high speed to the hotel.

Desk clerk gave me key to a room that was already occupied. When I went back to the desk, she was gone outside the building, I presume on a cigarette break. Did not get to bed until 1 am and had to get up early for flight.

Great continental breakfast - in fact it had four hot food dishes which were all delicious. The room was clean. They gave us a handicap room for wheelchairs which we didn’t request, so the shower was a bit slippery if you’re standing in it. Also we were on the first floor next to the parking lot so it was hard to keep the light out of the room at night even with the curtains closed. We will stay there again, but request a room in an upper floor.
