The staff were nice and the facility was quite clean. Housekeeping visited my room once during a six day stay. I reported that the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (when I arrived), and someone left a new one sitting outside my door for me to install. (Fortunately, no tools were required.) The room thermostat could not be adjusted, and the a/c made a rather load banging sound whenever it kicked in. Bathroom lighting was dim, and hot showers were nonexistent. (I managed to get a fairly warm shower once, maybe twice, during a six day stay.)

We were hesitant about o stay here as the reviews were 50/50 but we had a good experience. Staff were very polite and helpful, room was everything we needed. I can say that the tv/internet was a hit or miss the rooms air flow wasn’t awesome but all in all we had zero issues.

Overall a good stay! The staff were friendly and courteous, and I appreciated how efficient the refund process was—I received my security deposit within 7 days after checkout with no issues. The room was clean and comfortable, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it. However, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night, though the hotel itself felt safe and secure. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean and reliable place with great staff.

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Our second day we were only given two towels, and we even had to go down to the desk to get them. And we had a situation where it was totally unacceptable from the valet team. When we got into our truck , it smelled of weed . Would not recommend this hotel, and they didn’t even offer a refund or anything on the valet price. Really hope someone looks into this.

Gorgeous king room with kitchenette. Modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. Great view from the 9th floor. Good location. Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. Our room was very hot and unable to regulate the temperature over the two nights we were there. We had maintenance try and fix it but we just kept the door open for a bit to get some cooler hallway air.
