Beautiful building, disappointing stay

The check in process took over an hour, we got a completely different room than I paid for just because it was all that was available immediately, and the toilet didn’t work properly. The staff was all incredibly friendly though- they were a 10/10!

Nice stay but c need to clean better

Urine around the toilet. Slow draining tub. Hair around the tub. TV did not work (kept saying searching for signal). Reserved and paid for a king size bed in advance but when I arrived, they said they sold all the king-size beds.

So we went to check in and was unaware of a deposit fee for booing over Expedia after room was totally paid for. So another $80. Then the guy at reception couldn’t tell me if cash app was available as a payment source. We finally get a room booked and he books us in an occupied room where a woman had an emergency and had to leave early. Come to find out she had just called the desk while we were trying to check in and she canceled the rest of her reservation and he booked us her room while she was still packing. When we went to open the door with the key card we ended up having to knock and the lady opened the door and was like wow he booked my room already and I haven’t even finished packing! She let us in the room and hurried to leave. She APOLOGIZED! And the guy at the desk never even ordered maid service to clean the room that had been used and slept in already! I’m not sure if he was new or just lazy or just didn’t know his job. Since we were already running behind, we did a quick room check and wiped stuff down and just slept in the unused bed. Really don’t know what else to say.

Atlanta trip

This hotel is an older hotel in part of Atlanta that is trying to be revitalized. The pricing was good and the hotel is in good shape. The room was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, but you need to be aware. There is no parking so your options are park in a public parking deck or use the valet service day offer so whatever your price is you need to add $55 a day for the valet or $30 a day for the public lot also you need to be aware that there are countless numerous amounts of homeless people wandering around on the streets but felt fairly safe because of the heavy police and security presence.

Upon checking in to the property, received keys for my room once I got to the room the door was hard to open and to close you have to push with ur body to up and close it but that’s not the kicker there were several roaches in the room that I had to kill then one big one it ran under the room door heading into the hallways really had a bad experience
