No sheets!

No sheets on the bed. Asked front desk for a set and he said they didn’t have any housekeeping onsite and he would call when he had time to get some. Problem with that is the phone in our room was broken and we had to walk down to ask for help. Later in the night - a security guard showed up with 2 bed pads and no sheets. It was after midnight, so we just slept on top the comforter because we had an early flight. Also, the flooring was peeling up in the room. Have stayed at other Hotel Indig’s and this one is not up to the standards.

Very Close to airport. Hotel website leads you to believe you can pay to park while flying out, however you can only do so on certain days of the week now. We parked here on a previous trip and we’re happy because the have a gated parking lot - felt safe leaving it there. Nowhere on site listed there were now specific days you couldn’t leave your car. However, we used Park n Fly and it worked out. Probably would have stayed somewhere nicer if we had known we couldn’t leave our car there.

We enjoyed staying at the property (this was the second time). Nikita was very nice upon check in. I booked a premium room but was not given that room. I had paid more for the premium 2 queen room. I went back to the desk to inquire and a man (don’t know name) did move us to the premium room after I ask ed about it but was told by the desk clerk that it was “only a few feet difference” but he’s move us anyways. Paying an extra $14 a day to park is also ridiculous. There is not lot security. The hotel van was taking up a handicapped parking space and I have handicap parking plates. I had to park a bit away from the door. All in all it was a good stay. I would go back.
