Nice place, parking sucks

Beautiful hotel. Nice location walking distance to many things. Parking was the only issue. $55/night and valet needed an hour to bring your car to you because the garage was unavailable. Or $47/day at a nearby garage.

The customer service was awesome.

The courtesy and customer service was great, but I wàsnt able to check in, due to the system down. I missed my reservation because of not being able to check in. The room was clean and tidy.
