We had a wonderful stay and the front desk was so helpful answering questions about the hotel and also gave us recommendations about Atlanta since this was our first time visiting.

poor experience during check in We had driven 10+ hours and we checked in around 12:45 AM. I had my 10 year old with me and we didn't get checked in till 1:30 AM If I was the person on the counter, given the situation, I would have given the following for the hassles: Late check out Free overnight parking Free breakfast Poor handling of the situation, which was a "slow system"

Nice place to stay, walkable to things we wanted to see. Only downfall was the coffee maker kept blowing a fuse and we were without working sockets for 1/2 the stay. Breakfast had a wide range of selections.

The hotel was very nice, accommodations were clean and very modern. Staff were friendly and the hotel has a valet available so you can safely park your car overnight. The hotel also has several security guards on site, not that I noticed anything dangerous in the area but I saw it as a plus, made us feel safer. The hotel is also located right beside the aquarium and many other popular tourist attractions. We walked everywhere.

We loved the location of this hotel and how nice the staff was! Everything was clean and we felt very safe. You can walk to the GA aquarium, Coca-Cola Factory and Centennial Park which was perfect. Will definitely recommend to stay!
