Front office needs dedicated staff and had to wait for attention during check-in/checkout process. Parking - hotel isn't in downtown, so overnight charges is pricy for the location. Towels were fresh and spacious rooms.

Earlier in the week I was in a Hyatt that had everything in the room which means I didn’t have to get out my room to go use the microwave.
The table that’s supposed to have alarm clock and radio was missing.

Staff was nice and the gym was ok. Everything else is a 2 star the hotel elevator was not working, the hotel looked old and gloomy from the front door, the hallways and the rooms. Wore shoes and socks the entire time in my room due to how dirty the carpet looked the room was not properly wiped down either. No microwaves it was n overall disappointment. It looked more like a motel to me. I will not be returning
