Check in at midnight, quick and easy (had reserved the room 19 minutes earlier) Big room, cool at this temperature outside, everything typical is provided, including free no frill breakfast and onsite parking. Pool and gym are open if you're in mood.

Never again!

We’ve stayed here many times but will not stay again. The hotel has deteriorated and the service is bad. Every time we left our room we had to get a new key because ours wouldn’t work. We stayed 3 nights and never received clean towels or soap. No service to our room at all. Ice machines were broken and shower/tub needed to be replaced. Water dripped all night from shower.

Great location! Right next to the mall and a lot of food options. Breakfast has a waffle maker station. I was hoping flavored creamer was available for coffee. There are 2 elevators. One at each end. I didn’t realize there were 2. Hallways were very warm. I was sweating every time I left and came back. Ice machine is not on every floor. It was broken on one floor and very slow to produce ice on the other floor. Side door entrance needs a key and the key pad was a hit or miss on whether it worked. I had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel.

Britney at the front desk . I appreciated the warm welcome and accommodating my early check in request. Also Britney went above and beyond to help me with travel needs by providing me with a driver who took me to my destination. She was able to negotiate a favorable discounted rate. Thank you to Britney for making my visit extra special. I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis but overall the property, rooms and common spaces were clean and up to par.

I stayed here with my mother and my 2 kids in a suite. They didn't have enough cribs. Staff is unprofessional and difficult to accommodate requests. They removed bedding from the room and refused to return it. (I was told by 2 night manger on 6/31/25 they did not have a pillow to put back in the room for my Mother to use) They would not clean room without being asked daily - 2 days cleanings were missed entirely. Couch smelled bad, Mom got ring worm from staying on the pull out couch - Disgusting! I submitted a complaint to corporate.
