I had to sleep in a funny room the cleaners never came mop the floors like the property manager asked them to do because he came in the room himself and smelled exactly what I was telling him it smelled like which was a sour funky smell.

Room and staff the house keepers and the supervisors were very unprofessional when I came to them about an issue more than once. And because I was angry because I came to a dirty room not once but they was suppose to clean it up and didn't instead they went in my belongings and made an even bigger mess. I tried to work with them but they were not properly cleaning the rooms they had an attitude bs sis I complained that the room was not clean when I first came in. So the next time they cleaned the room I caught them putting dirty stained sheets on my bed the same sheets they got off the floor that I removed from the bed. I recorded everything, then they proceeded to mop the floor with windex I have a video of the floors more sticky after they mopped the floor with an old swifter mop. The room had a musty smell from the beginning the eventually switched my room after it escalated with me going back and forth with the supervisor about how they are nasty and don't clean the rooms with proper cleaning equipment. The supervisor then brings her mother to basically tell

It was very unprofessional I tried to ask for the property manager they said he will not be back til Monday. Not the best la Quinta I’ve had. Room service was very aggressive. Not allowing me the opportunity to fully dress or prepare myself to get to the door to open it. Most of the towels and the bedding contained different hair follicles throughout my stay. And a slightly safety concern is the windows do not have screens. And there appeared to be a mold smell coming from the pipes but it smelled for sure like mold. Overall the brown gentleman that works in the evening at the front desk was always kind and greeted me as I was coming and going.

I’m sorry but this stay was not good! The breakfast was sad. The hallways smelled so bad of weed it made us sick. We had to clean our room upon arrival as it was not cleaned! The bathroom smelled so bad of pee!!! There was food in our fridge! To top it all off the fire alarm went off the fort night!
First room the shower tub kept clogging up. Second room the bathroom ceiling had a big leak that woke us up in the middle of the night which forced us to cancel the rest of the days. Very disappointing.
It wasn’t awful but it could have been better. When I first checked in they gave me a room with someone already in it. It’s embarrassing walking in on someone. The bed was sinking in. Hair was all over the room. It could have been the cleaning lady’s hair but it was creepy. The room had a Smokey smell.
Elevator didn’t work. The breakfast taste horrible. The juice taste like water down. When it came to the room it was comfortable and clean I can’t complain about that.
