This was fit for the purpose. The room was very clean on our arrival. The front office staff were helpful. We didn't like the fact the bed wasn't made or the room cleaned after our first night stay. One of the reasons people stay in a hotel instead of an Airbnb is for the cleaning services.

It was okay- We couldn’t find any tissues in our room and the only waste basket was in the bathroom. It seemed rather small for a double queen room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it was very quiet.

Horrible breakfast!

Curtains did not close so parking lot lights were shining in room all night. Breakfast was a joke. Got there by 7:45 and all food was gone. Waited 30 minutes finally brought more eggs, enough for 2 people. So miss out again. No breads for toast and never refilled. No milk .Waffle iron were working nonstop due to so many people. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. This is one reason we picked Comfort.

stole my pillow.

the place was really nice, very clean and unlike most hotels it didnt seem to be just surface nice with 8 layers of paint on the door jams and stuff. my main complaint is that i left a 250 dollar pillow in my room and called as soon as i got home, they said they would call me back but never did. I called a couple of more times and kept getting the same response. Essentially it seems like they stole my pillow and don't want to give me the option of getting it back.

Very bad experience!! They allow pets in all the rooms. We are allergic to pets and they gave us a pet room. Staff members are very rude. Make sure you get receipts because this people do fraud while charging. The elevator is not licensed it got expired in 2023. The rooms don’t have any aminities and dirty sheets dirty pillows. Will never return to this place.
