Check in was nice, The room was clean and in good condition.. the TV didnt work...it turned in but could not receive channels. The stay was as expected.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk lady was not very nice to us. Even though we had stayed the night there for a graduation, our car broke down. Alternator went out. So we attended the graduation and as soon as it was over we went and got the part came back to try to replace it. We did successfully replaced, it took longer than we expected. It was our first time ever doing it but we were 3 hours away from home so we didn't know what to do. Insurance wouldnt cover this vehicle because of the age. We got stuck in a sticky situation and we were given poor care for that. We were threatened to get the car towed, with very nasty attitudes towards it. The lady was rolling her eyes and looks so annoyed when I came to her to talk to her about it. They did allow us to finish up but never gave a clear answer. They were constantly keep their eyes on us. All we were trying to do is get home to our kids. When that front desk lady left her shift, she very kindly looked at my mother-in-law with this evil smirk and rolled her eyes at her. I hate this I don't ever give bad reviews. I don't and I know there's policies in place and people have to stand by their policies, but there is a time and place for Grace for people and sadly that day therewas none. Manager sending a female too was kinda sad, even though she wasn't friendly she didn't deserve to do his job. Place was nice though for the price, really enjoyed the room. But there was no friendliness when welcomes or with the car
