Not Happy

Stay was not worth it! We stayed behind the hotel in the outside rooms, felt like we were the only visitors staying out there. Also had a “Don’t leave me” note left on our vehicle. Brought information the hotel front desk, asked about cameras & was told they DONT work. Just felt like it was not safe to stay outside the hotel it’s self!

STAY AWAY

I paid for a hotel but stayed at a motel. The room was at a motel-style building at the back side of the hotel. The doors were external, the room was a mess in terms of decoration, and cleaniness was below average. The cherry on top? NO WiFi. Is this called a fraud or a fraud?

Clean and spacious

I went to check in at 530p and there were no available rooms. I had to wait until a room was cleaned. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and did his best. The room was clean. The elevator was very slow.

It was convenient to the venue I was attending. It had adequate accommodations and a comfortable bed. It was clean. But it was in poor condition. There was no fan in the bathroom. The coffee pot overflowed. Some of the usb ports were unusable. The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The bathroom sink drained very slow and didn’t have a way to lift the drain. No eggs, meat, danish or fruit at breakfast like other hotels in this price point. You could not open the windows for fresh air. It was a budget quality hotel for a premium price.

Disappointed with stay

It was ok, reserved a king room and it was not available when I arrived. I was not offered any concession, adjustment, or upgrade and was only offered a room with two doubles. The shower had very low pressure. Breakfast was mediocre but the attendant was nice. This was a disappointment for the caliber of motel.

Marietta trip

The wifi had been out a week a d still not working. The credit card machine was not working so i had to cancel my reservation and re-reseserve and pay online. The room was ok. The doors slammed if you didnt hold them. The hall was noisy on Friday night. Could hear upstairs room walk around and shower. Tile floor was cold..difficult to manage temperature of room. On a positive note, the king size bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. There also was a small sofa and office chair to sit in. Very convenient to interstate 75.

The shower was warm, not hot. There was a slight gap under the outside door that was allowinf cold air to come in under the door. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. The room was clean.

We HAD to make a reservation through Expedia or another website similar even though we were AT the hotel in person! After I made the reservation I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before the clerk could “find it”. The first room we were assigned to was dirty (bed slept in, towels dirty etc… The second room we we assigned was clean, but not the room I “reserved” (2 queen beds versus 1 king bed. Then, after settling into the room couldn’t find any information on how to connect to the internet so after another trip back to the front desk (from the 4th floor) I was told that their internet was not working!

Very convenient to I-75 and Atlanta and is located in a nice area. Facility was very clean, the room we were initially given hadn’t been cleaned but we were immediately given a room very close to that one so just a small inconvenience. Wi-Fi was out for our stay but not a big deal for us. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.
