Not an 8.2 Rating.

The reviews were very misleading. The hotel is very old and in need of maintenance. The sheets were hospital sheets and the towels were terrible. There was mold in the bathroom walls. The breakfast had cereal but no milk. Toast and an all in one coffee maker that needed cleaning. When we checked in, the front desk was watching TV in the lobby with their feet up. When we checked out, there was no one to be found. We needed a place to crash for an early morning meeting. Wouldn't stay here again.

FairBridge exceeded comfort and cleanliness within a very affordable price point and convenient location. I had an urgent and unexpected stay while visiting family and was able to book my stay seamlessly. I had more complexity when I checked out of FairBridge upon arriving to the airport b/c my passport was not with me. The owners answered the phone and checked the room I reserved urgently to assist. It wasn’t immediately found but I was able to make my flight and upon returning home 1300 miles away, Patel and Ron delivered great news they had possession of my precious and private ID. They took great interest and care to ensure it was returned safely back to me and had it back in less than 2 days. It’s very heartwarming and encouraging to receive such great customer service. Their gesture provided immeasurable relief to me and will forever patron in me. Highly recommend

What i didn't like about this hotel was the way that it wasn't clean properly, the bedding was not clean properly, the microwave was dirty, the carpet was dirty, one of the pillows had a spot which had blood.

We go to this hotel all the time. Usually it’s a good stay at a reasonable price. This time, we did not get the room we reserved (standard king instead of deluxe king). The bathroom door had a smear on it that looked like old blood. Every time a room next door flushed the toilet or someone turned on the water it echoed through our room.

I didn't like the bed blanket it was old had lent, fuzzy stuff all on the blanket the sheets was not fitted sheets the bed was old i went down like 620am on a Monday morning to get a cup a coffee the place was closed
