Poor service

Front desk staff was very slow, not friendly, and took a long time to do anything or answer questions. I have called in advance to see if they had a crib available for my baby, which I was told they did. When I arrived, the lady working the desk said she wasn't aware that they even had cribs. Eventually she found it, but it took forever. Multiple other times when I bought items from the store or dealt with the front desk, the employees were not happy or friendly and were sometimes rude. We also went three full days without anybody coming into our room to make the bed, give us new towels, or take out the trash, even though I asked multiple times.

Not what I expected

Just to confirm my staying it took a long time, and when I get to the room theirs lightbulbs missing, and to top it off one of my kids got bit by something in the room. These morning that we got up we saw some small roaches.

The place was ok for an overnight stay. Very quiet . Breakfast was good. But the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Toilet would run for a long time and then stopped flushing altogether. Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Nighttime staff, not so much.
