Room was fine but outside noise was unpleasant. There was a nearby bar with live music that was miserable in the afternoon and late into the night. Staff was pleasant and helpful. However the hotel amenities were average. The pool was very cloudy and not the cleanest. Food and drinks at the bars were expensive. Also, a long walk to downtown attractions and the Moody Center.

Lovely stylish hotel with plenty of personality and good amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also very tasty. Handy location for exploring Austin. I’d happy recommend.

Staff and Hotel was great ! This is only a personal note I didn’t like the color choose for the hotel . Pink is the color of calming and support which is great, but it also reminds me of the colors that they put in hospitals which I think that’s a good place for them. I think the entrance is the first place you see that should be bold and fun and alive The whole area in front of the elevators could have a great sitting area with couches and tables where people can have coffee and newspapers meet Talk. It just seems like it was very empty. But your staff was great put together and looked fabulous and was fabulous And the rooms were clean Thank you Renee

Everything went well with our stay. We took advantage of the morning grab-and-go options at Morningbird. Room with corner view of the city was nice. The hotel was not as central as others to restaurants and, while we walked to go out in the evening, we took Ubers back to the hotel later at night. This was something we knew as we were looking to be walking distance to Waterloo Park for the busses on F1 weekend. This was a superb location for that. We would recommend and we would come back.

We had the best stay ever at the Downright!! All the staff was super accomidating and all of the common areas and room were very clean. Harrison and Marren at the swim club especially were great and super friendly/helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area!

Fun hotel, love the pool area. Caesar at concierge was amazing. Good food options, reasonably priced. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Terrace and swim club bars supposed to both be open at 11. Neither have staff, bar tender ignored me 3-4 times before finally acknowledging I was waiting. ?short staffed vs not friendly.
