Very professional and friendly staff, great rooms with amenities, fun decor, roomy, comfortable beds, etc. hotel shuttle to ferry you around town if you’re tired of walking with fun drivers. Will stay here again next time we’re in Austin!

Zaza is my new “go to” in Austin. I love the chill vibe and friendly staff. The rooms and bedding are comfy and spacious. I also appreciate the complimentary coffee. I only wish the lighting was better for makeup application.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing. From the moment of our arrival until we checked out. The room was "warmly" decorated, comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and I'm picky. My requests for a fan and extra pillows were immediately provided. Wonderful.

Nice upscale hotel with funky decor

Great hotel. Pool cabana understaffed on Saturday - the two servers were working really hard though. Great non alcoholic drink options. Nice water pressure. Good cleaners and room service. Funky decor. Big beds. Right in heart of downtown. Great precise AC.

My wife and I stayed for our first year wedding anniversary. We had a great time, staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us out in anyway that was needed. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good spot in downtown Austin.

Excellent stay in Austin

I have nothing but great things to say about my visit at ZaZa. Everyone was lovely, my room was terrific. I had an opportunity to use the gym which was also very nice. One tiny bit of feedback is that it would be nice to have a couple more amenities in the bathroom - e.g. lotion, makeup remover wipes.
