I was charged 150 dollars at the front desk, before check in, for incidentals. And after check out was told it takes 5- 7 days to have the money returned. This wasnt anywhere in the website. Created stress my whole trip. And had to budget on the fly. Very unprofessional.

High-floor room with a view of the wall. Loud music. I booked a room that they offered as a High-Floor room. They weren't lying about that. I got a room on the 9th floor. Just one twist: The hotel building has a U shape, and part of the windows face the other wall. Avoid this place if you want to be guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful view of downtown Austin. There is also an outdoor nightclub right under the windows. So you can enjoy loud music right from your room until 2 a.m.

Good hotel overall

Very good hotel, great service and friendly staff. Only issue is it's right next to several bars and clubs that play live or club music until about 2:00 a.m. Bring earplugs and a white noise machine/app if needed.

Our check-in was in the middle of the night, and despite the late hour, the front desk staff greeted us very friendly. Our room was on the seventh floor and very spacious. It had a full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and island that doubled as a dining area or work desk. It even had an office chair! It had an L-shaped couch that doubled as a bed. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Overall, everything was great! We didn't use the common areas because we only stayed one night. Our only complaint is that you can hear music from a bar, but they offer earplugs.

We stayed 5 nights. We got towel service once and the day our sheets were to be changed, we left at 8:45 am and returned at 3:45 pm our room was not cleaned at all. There was a dog on our floor one night barking for 30 min around midnight. The bar tender was not friendly unless you spoke Spanish.
