The shower pressure is painful

Everything about the hotel in the room was lovely except for the shower. It felt like I was bathing with a pressure washer. All of my private areas stung while showering.

The hotel itself is nice and very clean, and the front desk staff made check-in easy and accommodating. However, my experience with the parking staff was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the valet staff about parking, but they ignored me not once, but twice. They didn’t even move from their spot to assist me. After checking in, I asked again about valet, and the same staff member continued to ignore me while pretending to be busy. Because of this, I chose to self-park in front of the hotel at the meter. Unfortunately, my truck was broken into, and everything inside was stolen. This left me with an overall negative impression of the valet team. The hotel itself is okay, but the unprofessional parking staff completely ruined my experience.

Staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast has good variety of options. Were glad that they accomodated our request to a quieter room. Bed is comfortable and pillows are soft. Our room has a kitchen which is nice. The hotel is walkable to the places you want to check out. I gave less than one star because the bathroom sink needs some maintenance. The water drains really slow, AC is loud and there are homeless people in the surrounding areas. Thank you to the staff we had a good time and would recommend this hotel.
