This is not a fancy place. It is a bit worn around the edges and minimally staffed. The room I stayed in was very clean but there was an "industrial" odor that permeated the space; I became attenuated to it after an hour but it was noticeable every time I came in the room anew. The place was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen space was quite functional. If you're looking for amenities, keep looking. If you want an affordable spot to stay for a few days, this is fine. Once you learn the roads around the place, it is in a spot to easily access much of the Austin area.

The smell is horrible. Very smelly hotel. Please shut this place down. I had to leave this hotel early because of the smell.

The hotel is in a weird location and the lighting isn’t well lit. I was solo traveler and the taxi driver seemed creepy. I was not sure if the hotel was open once we pulled up. So, the taxi driver was being nice I guess by walking me into the hotel. But, I was very nervous about the experience. Everything seemed okay after getting checked in. Then the taxi driver call me back that morning saying he will pick me up to my destination. So, that when okay! Either way my first expression of the hotel was feeling of the building being empty or closed. The staff was very nice and friendly

Hotel review

Room chair was rip and peeling bad, wall and bathroom door was dirty and had a hole in it. The carpet had big red stains on different areas of the carpet. I went and told the front desk about it and they said for two weeks they suppose to be having a repair/cleaning situation. The first floor smelled bad and I hate they hold a $100 fee until you leave, with the condition they have right now with the rooms they don’t need to be holding anything until they get everything looking better. I can say that it was silent on the floor I was on and no issue with parking.

Mold, smoke scented, no services.

Not worth staying here if you care for your health and safety of your family. It's dated and definitely smells like cigarettes/vape all over the hotel. No one likes to work here apparently because the front desk is always empty and unavailable to check anyone in, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay. Try calling as you're driving up so you know someone is actually working and will be at the front desk to help you. But the black mold in multiple rooms and the bathroom is the worst part! Check your rooms and ceilings before you unpack so you can change rooms or hotels when you see the black mold infestation. You can see in the bathroom ceiling pic, that the mold and water damage is not the first time because of the differing textures and leak through spotting.
