Modern and everything well designed

Fab stay with friendly helpful staff and we loved our room. The included breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was well thought out and we loved the moody vibe of the modern decor. The location is the best, lots of choices of food at both the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar upstairs. This is our new favourite Auckland city hotel

On the QT.

Checking in and checking out was great. The room was splendid. TV system confused this dumb Canuck, but that hardly matters. Shout out to Zoe, who helped us check in our car and really showed what good service looks like. Huzzah!

Stylish but awkward design

It’s stylish hotel with comfortable beds and a good shower. The design is awkward, light switches are small, black on black, there’s no way to just turn on the bathroom light, the sink doesn’t drain well, there was mold under the sink/counter join. The lighted mirror was not adjustable and only works if you’re a hobbit. The first room we were given had no AC but the staff could not believe this although it clearly never works . We were allowed to check in early and we were moved to a bigger room with working AC after a few hours made it clear that the AC still didn’t work in the first room. The rooftop bar was fantastic with great food.

Great staff and wonderful room!

Check in and out experience was really smooth. Every member of staff I spoke to was really attentive and friendly including staff on the rooftop. Room was perfect and loved the hair care products available in the shower as well as the Dyson hair dryer. Lots of great touches for a wonderful stay!
