We have spent the last several years at this Hard Rock Cancun resort and we love it. It is near the airport, clean, friendly staff, and beautiful pools and beach. They really try to have many varieties of food to suit all palates. The only complaint is I wish they had more to do in the evening-a dancing club would be nice.

We had a great impromptu stay at the Hard Rock after a blizzard delayed flights home. We were with a larger group so this was the perfect hotel for our guests who were varied in age, from 3 years to 60. The hotel restaurants are dated and need some improvements but we heard the talking about renovating soon. The staff was wonderful, especially Chac who helped us with breakfast each morning at the steakhouse restaurant. The poolside staff was awesome too, always ready to help us with whatever we needed!

The room was satisfactory, and the cleaning staff was efficient. However, nightly dinner reservations required the use of an app that proved unreliable. During our honeymoon, some staff members went above and beyond to assist us. However the concierge, who failed to properly schedule our romantic dinner at Toro. This oversight led to a discussion between the hostess and ourselves. Concierge and the excursions staff were not aligned, and they attempted to charge us for a honeymoon package, which was clearly listed as complimentary on the official Hard Rock website. The individual informed me that the website was incorrect and that I was obligated to pay. However, the website was clearly accurate as it was the official website for Hard Rock Cancun. In conclusion, staying at the hotel was more trouble than it was worth. We will be staying elsewhere the next time we are in Cancun.

Check in staff. Did not explained the perks or received as described in our reservation. Was approached by a staff member after initial check in review and told us was going to send some treats on Friday before check out and never came through. Drinks were not up to par comparing to other hotels or Hard Rock Los Cabo’s. Building needs major upgrading. Other staff in restaurants and pool go above and beyond.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it exceeded every expectation from start to finish. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, the staff truly made us feel valued and cared for. The property is beautifully maintained with stunning views and thoughtfully designed spaces that blend luxury and comfort perfectly. Our room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The dining options were outstanding, offering fresh, flavorful dishes and a great variety at every meal. We also enjoyed the range of activities available, from relaxing by the pool to taking advantage of the resort’s other amenities, all while still being able to find peaceful spots to unwind. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Desde que llegamos al hotel nos estuvieron hostigando con sus membresias falsas y constantemente me llamaban para que les comprara ofertas con paquetes de vacaciones y endeudarme con membresias de hasta $100,000 Mil dolares y es lo mas estupido que he escuchado. Todos ellos no me dejaban en paz con su constante insistencia de venta de paquertes de vacaciones... fue muy molesto y disgustante !!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was decent and the food for the most part was good. I had two main issues. First there were 2 elevators in our area of the hotel and 1 was out of order the entire week we were there. The second was the first day at this all inclusive resort right after we arrived and waited for checkin they have someone try to get you to buy a package to leave the resort. I just paid $5,000+ to get here and enjoy a week on the property, why would I want to leave and go to another area, pay a separate fee and have to deal with the safety risks associated with leaving the property? It made zero sense, it felt like a timeshare offer or something, it came off as low class and made this a 4 star instead of a 5 star review.

Rooms are outdated, damp and bad odor from plumbing. Beds are uncomfortable and poor quality linens. Definitely does not live up to usual Hard Rock brand. Food was good as was entertainment. Pools weren’t as clean as should be. Service was good.

Food options are lacking, and I’ve noticed other guests complaining to staff even during their dining experiences. During my extended stay, our room was only cleaned once. Additionally, there’s a need for more staff. One cook was yelled at during lunch because she had a line but was the only one serving and cooking the food. This was extremely unprofessional. Customer service informed us that they’d be closing for a six-month remodel. It seemed like they didn’t care about the complaints or good service since they’ll be closing soon.
