Hard Rock Hotel Cancun follows with what is expected from the brand. Property is filled with memorabilia and is themed accordingly. Rooms and service is great. Bars and restaurants are plentiful however not as nice a other hotels in the area. This is definitely a more upbeat vibe and caters to that party atmosphere.

The towel/pool guys; Angelo, Tacho, Willy, and Tony, made our stay great! The staff is the Hard Rock's greatest asset. They went beyond their duties to make us happy. The room service department and all other departments were excellent as well. The food was good. What we didn't like were the low-quality drinks. I'm concerned that the cutbacks on drinks will lead to Hard Rock's decline. Many customers were complaining about the low-quality drinks. Also, most spots around the pool were reserved for Hall of Famers that often didn't even show up in their spots.

This place was an absolute blast to stay at. I will say that the vibe here was unlike any other all inclusive that I've stayed at before. Everyone from the employees to the other guests were friendly, fun, and great to be around. The pool here is the best I've ever experienced. Plus, I love that there was two swim up bars. Oh, and the foam party was unreal, so much fun. The drinks were plentiful and all tasted great. I have zero complaints about any of the food served here. Every day they had different things that they would cook out by the pool. They were grilling fresh seabass over fire and it was the best fish I've ever had. Room service was fast and prompt. All of the restaurants were great, but Toro definitely stole the show. Oh, and they had a Mexican night on the rooftop and were making phenomenal tacos and other dishes. If you're worried about how many total restaurants there are, know that they are also constantly cooking other things. I will say, however, that the greatest thing about this resort was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling, and not once ever made me feel unwanted there. Big shout out to everyone working at this resort. Now, I had two minor complaints, but should in no way steer you away from this place. The first is that you need to be prepared to get several time share pitches. The other is the resort is in need of renovations. It is a very nice resort, but it is definitely showing it's age.

Attended a wedding and it was beautiful. Really liked the fragrance throughout the property. It was in the hallways, lobby and gym. Special shout out to Nicky at the pool bar who made sure we stayed “hydrated”, to Pedro and Manuel in the gym and all the hostess at Isla, Zen, Torro and Frida. Wonderful customer service from the concierge and room service.

The entertainment team really made the stay above what we could have expected. Ailyn, Fernando and Angie were so fabulous and made us comfortable joining in with everything we wanted to and more. The concierges made any additional extras inside and outside the hotel really easy and their care and attentiveness was better than we could have hoped for. Luis Miguel and Angel made everyday special and were very grateful. Staff aside the hotel was gorgeous, clean, right on the beach, great vibes and nice restaurants. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks everyone for an amazing holiday.
