Pushy sales staff trying to get you to buy a membership. When you arrive you don't go to the check-in counter, instead they take you off to a side room and try to lure you into doing a 90 presentation to become a member. We explained to them that we were awake for over 24 hours and just wanted to check into our room, it was my wife's birthday and we were only there for 2 days with limited time to spare, but now we had to wait 3 hours for a room to become available. We changed into swim gear and headed to the pool until the room was ready. The next day the same pushy salesman tracked us down while we were relaxing at the pool and insisted we do a presentation, then my wife gave in and said we will do it tomorrow (Sunday) before we leave. We will give you 60 minutes. So, we met the man and then another and then 2 more and then even 3 more. They were persistent to make us purchase a membership on the spot, and I kept insisting no even after we gave them over the time limit of an hour. Now it's been 95 minutes and we needed to gather our luggage, check out and catch the Uber. So the last man to talk to us kept us longer and longer and I told him we needed to go we had to leave but he kept at it then I got up and said I don't mean to be rude but we need to go. So I actually repeated that 4 times and my wife was walking up the stairs then we left. He said I have your room voucher I said I didn't want it, plus we didn't charge anything to our room. He showed up outside while we wait

The staff are absolutely amazing and what made our trip. Very attentive, lots of entertainment options and overall made the trip. We loved our stay! An area for improvement would be the rooms and the room cleaning staff. We had some issues with the bathroom and missed product refills, but once we notified the concierge, they fixed/provided new products within minutes. If you are not in your room a lot, I think the hotel and entertainment make up for this and would recommend it.

Everything was great , staff is very hard working . Jesus at the concierge was very helpful . The food and drinks are awesome . Only downfall is the very loud music until about 12:30am every night .

I was disappointed with my stay. The property was not clean, and the food was just average. Every time we asked a question about improving our stay, the answer was always no. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
