My friends and I spent 5 days here and we loved every second of it. The beach was just a few steps in front. We also loved the buffet which had a hugee selection of food, even gluten friendly. We ate steak and seafood everyday. The all-inclusive is worth the money. I would come back here again in the future

There was only one elevator working the whole time we were there. Food was good but steer clear of Paola at the steakhouse hostess stand. Too much drama, told us it was family night and wouldn’t seat any parties less than 6. Also had some opinions on Americans and the USA.

Property was nice but definitely could tell it was an older property. The new portion( adults only) was nice and clean however the family side showed signs of being older and more wear. The cleanliness was also lacking in comparison to the adults only side

My husband and I picked this place for our anniversary and it truly is a beautiful resort. We stayed at the Coral-adults only side in a corner room. The room was breathtaking and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job day after day with cleaning and turndown service. The only thing we were a bit disappointed in was the quality of the food in some of the restaurants. As a Coral guest you have access to the buffet in your own building plus all of the restaurants in the Iberostar family resort next door. The American Bistro was the main restaurant we felt had the best quality and service. The hibachi and the steakhouse restaurant left a little to be desired. The worst experience was at La Horma where we had the worst customer service experience with the receptionist, Itzel. We waited an hour and a half to be seated (which wasnt the issue) just to be spoken to with a dismissive and arrogant tone when we simply followed up with the txt message to be seated. Itzel wasn't the only reason this restaurant was awful, the main special on the menu was not available, you have to order an entire bottle if you want a glass of wine, and the actual pasta itself tasted crunchy and flavourless. Other than that experience, the Mexican restaurant option was closed the entire week we were there. The spa was a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and the facility is beautiful! We had a couples massage and facial and it was perfect! Overall we would recommend this resort to our friends!

This is a great resort with alot of activities throughout the day. This resort has had the best entertainment team. The buffet food is okay, we tried the Japanese and steak house both were good, but you had to go to the family side to enjoy those restaurants. The snack bar by the pool was my favorite. The bartenders in the pool Santiago and luis made really yummy drinks. I really like how the staff learns your name, even though they see different people all day. I would like to mention that power went out for like 3 hours on our second day there but it was fine, that gave us an opportunity to go explore around town. Housekeeping kept our room clean. We would go down to eat breakfast and boom our room was cleaned. After swimmimg and went back to our room and boom our room was cleaned again. After dinner our room was also cleaned, they did an amazing job. Overall I would recommend the resort to anybody.

I stayed at Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún for one week with my partner. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The customer service, food, and beach/pool were all excellent. The resort is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The entertainment team (Beto, Adan, Peter, Dhaira, Alex, and Hector) made this experience memorable. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Tout était absolument parfait : le service impeccable, le personnel chaleureux et attentionné, la nourriture délicieuse et variée, sans oublier la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Nous avons eu une chambre au 13e étage qui est aussi le dernier et la vue était magnifique. Merci encore à Iberostar Coral ! Un vrai petit paradis où détente et confort sont au rendez-vous. Really enjoyed my stay at Coral Level. The staff goes above and beyond, facilities were very clean, very good food options and all food and drinks were delicious. I really enjoyed having full access to the main Selection hotel, you really get the best of both worlds by staying at the Coral Level. The nightly entertainment was very enjoyable as well! The pool & entertainment staff was phenomenal, truly made the vacation so enjoyable and fun! Would return and/or recommend to others this resort!

It was so nice to stay with Iberostar!! My only issue was that you couldn’t open the door to outside without the fire alarm going off in your room. Same with the bathroom after showering, leave the door open and the alarm would go off again. The food was good most of the time, things like potato wedges would be undercooked .Other than that, it was sooo amazing to stay with them. 10/10 would do again.
