EPIC SANA Lisboa is a beautiful hotel. So many things made it a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing and so attentive - a special mention for Marya in the Scale Bar, for her expertise, smiles and warmth. The breakfast was incredible - such a choice of food and all so wonderfully made and all tasted delicious. We were sad to miss it on our last day due to an early flight. They gave us a breakfast box but it was very disappointing after the incredible breakfast buffet we were used to! Our room was wonderful - we loved the extra touches, the welcome macaroons, the little chocolates left and the facilities. We had a bit of a laugh at the robes, as they were most suited for child size or a small adult, so that could be improved! We had a meal in the Flor-de-Lis restaurant and it was so delicious, and again the staff were so attentive. The spa was fabulous and the gym well-equipped. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and so much outdoor seating, though unfortunately the weather was not good during our visit so we didn’t spend much time on the rooftop! Usually, when we return to a city we stay in a different hotel each time. However, when we return to Lisbon we will most certainly stay here again! It was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Thank you!

Had a lovely stay in Lisbon at the EPIC San Lisboa Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Very nice gym/fitness and pool facilities. Only wish the rooftop pool/bar were open for longer hours!

The housekeeping is not speaking English; therefore they should immediately report that to their manager who is able to speak English: the cleaning lady arrived at 15:00 we kindly asked her to come back in 5 min. She showed up in 1h, when we were already back to our room. We suggested at 17:00 she said they are going home at that time. So day 1 our room was not cleaned. Second issue we went to the pool at 15:10 and the spa reception didn’t let our child to the indoor pool, saying it is allowed only from 9-12; I would like to highlight that at check in reception never mentioned that to us. As you can imagine we are dealing with a child, who was waiting for this pool time all day long. We had to go to the outside pool, which is cold after you go from the water. Thirdly I was asking three times the reception to ask house keeping to fulfill the hair conditioner, as there was none since the day 1. It was done after my third reminder on a third day. Fourthly nothing was prepared for our child no slippers no bathrobe either at the arrival. Overall they could give us a room facing quite area inside the hotel, and not facing the noise on the road. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The room was top notch with electric curtains 😁. The airport is 22 mins away and we were about 9 mins from the city center or The National Fountain. Just book it.

Beautiful hotel. We were met by a uniformed doorman, something you don't aways experience. Staff was very language proficient and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The only complaint I had was the showerhead in the otherwise beautiful bathroom was dirty, and we didn't get to experience the rooftop pool, as it unexpectedly closed shortly after dark.
